Wedding in Sorrento

Jemma & Paul have chosen to celebrate their exchange of vows in a very intimate and elegant style in Sorrento.

The sunny day of the wedding at the end of September began in the elegant setting of the Hotel Riviera in the center of Sorrento, where the splendid bride got ready for the big yes.

Jemma and Paul got married with a simple but meaningful ceremony accompanied by the romantic notes of a harp in the gardens of Villa Zagara, where after saying  I Do  they walked around to take some pictures.

With a typical Fiat 500, the couple took a romantic ride along the coast until they reached the suggestive Positano where they took the opportunity to stroll through its picturesque streets and along the main beach.

In the evening they reached Villa Franca on whose terrace they made a romantic toast in the moonlight Jemma & Paul’s fabulous coast to coast wedding was delightfully designed and created by wedding planner Cheryl Pagano and her team at Bella Sposa.

The couple exchanged their vows on the wedding terrace of  Positano town hall, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

The occasional autumn shower bursts during Claudia & Victor’s wedding day, couldn’t dampen the lovely couple’s fun.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds visited some of Positano’s prettiest spots for photographs, cuddling under an ‘umbrella for two’.

During their photo shoot, the couple stopped at a look-out point high above the town, known as La Madonnina. This beauty spot has balconies affording magnificent views of the Amalfi coastline. The Madonnina overlooks the charming town of Positano, with its winding roads and pastel-coloured houses trailing down to the sea.

Then, from the Madonnina, the couple took the curving coastal road leading to Sorrento, towards another look-out point. Claudia and Victor visited the small area of towering pine trees, lining a balcony with breathtaking views of the coastline.

Later, Claudia & Victor returned to the centre of Positano, where they wandered through town. The couple enjoyed  the enchanting atmosphere of the vibrant town centre, before celebrating their marriage with a champagne toast.

Then, the newly-married couple rejoined their guests for further celebrations, beginning with prosecco at the bar of beach restaurant La Pergola.

The unique  beauty of Positano transported Meredith and Zac, and a close group of friends and family  to celebrate their wedding in one of the most romantic settings in the world and in an exclusive location among the most beautiful of Amalfi Coast as Villa San Giacomo,

an intimate and welcoming holiday home, offering one of the most romantic and suggestive views of Positano Built in 1741,

The entire event took place at the magnificent Villa San Giacomo, with a symbolic ceremony celebrated on the panoramic terrace with the sea in the background and a magnificent panoramic view of Positano and a romantic outdoor dinner.

After dinner, the bride and groom moved to the adjacent garden to cut the cake, with the backdrop of the thousand lights of the coastal evening.

Meanwhile, the dinner area was transformed into a striking dance set, which hosted Meredith and Zac first danc

 

Kelsey and Ian said ‘I do’ in the picture-perfect setting of Positano, on the Amalfi Coast.

The couple and their guests stayed at the friendly, boutique Hotel Bougainville in the centre of Positano. There, they spent a fun morning of primping and preparing, amid anticipation, laughter and prosecco toasts.

Kelsey and Ian married on the sea-view wedding terrace of the Hotel Marincanto, which has spectacular views of the enchanting town of Positano.

Two of Kelsey and Ian’s closest friends designed and delivered the couple’s sweet symbolic wedding ceremony. During the celebration, which included family member participation, there were lots of smiles and many happy tears.

Then, guests moved to the hotel’s Villa Incanto – a Pompeian-red villa, decorated with lemon trees and trailing bougainvillea. The villa’s charming, tiled terrace offers views across the sea, towards Positano and Praiano.

After a celebratory champagne toast, the wedding party enjoyed an array of delicious nibbles, during post-ceremony aperitifs. Later, as guests soaked up the views and atmosphere, Kelsey and Ian captured romantic photographs alone together around Positano.

Then, Kelsey and Ian rejoined their guests for the trip to the nearby mountain hamlet of Montepertuso for the wedding reception. There, they dined at a charming and characteristic, family-run restaurant, La Tagliata.

On arrival, guests sampled a delicious selection of finger foods, created using the freshest local ingredients grown in the restaurant’s gardens. Later, they moved to one of the restaurant’s fabulous terraces for emotional speeches and lots of laughter and fun, during a delightful dinner.

Brianna and Paul celebrated their wedding, with their closest family members and friends, in enchanting Positano.

The couple and their family members prepared for their wedding at a lovely private villa in the centre of town. Before their ceremony, the couple had a romantic first-look moment in front of the little church opposite their villa.

Then, Brianna and Paul wandered along the narrow, winding streets and staircases leading to the bustling beach-side.

After an enjoyable wander around some of positano’s most picturesque spots, the couple joined their guests for their symblic wedding ceremony at the Hotel Marincanto.

During a trip to Italy from Canada, Scott arranged a suprise proposal for his girlfriend Courtney. And, where better to pop the question than the enchanting and utterly romantic setting of Positano on the Amalfi Coast?

Scott proposed to Courtney at the scenic look-out point known locally as La Madonnina (the little Madonna) thanks to the statue of Mary that sits on one of the two terraces perched high above sea level which offer breathtaking panoramic views of the town of Positano and the surrounding coastline.

Scott and Courtney then visited some of Positano prettiest and most romantic spots for photographs of this unique and unforgettable moment in their lives!

Monique and Benjamin held their wedding at the stunning  Villa San Giacomo in Positano, on a sunny day in May. The couple and their guests prepared for the wedding day’s events in the 18th Century villa’s luxurious accommodations.

The suites and bedchambers feature beautifully frescoed walls and ceilings, exquisite period furnishings and fixtures and unique antiques, Meriedith and Benjamin married in the villa’s lush lawned garden, surrounded by family and friends.

The garden is shaded by olive and fig trees and offers spectacular views across Positano and the Amalfi Coast. While guests enjoyed post ceremony aperitifs in the garden, Meredith and Benjamin visited the centre of Positano for photographs.

They strolled through the enchanting seaside town, before returning the the villa. Then, the bride and groom captured romantic photographs around the villa’s salons and hallways.

Following aperitifs, Meredith and Benjamin hosted their delicious wedding banquet in the villa’s atmospheric pergola terrace. Later the couple cut their wedding cake in front the pretty, ornamental pool with it’s stunning panorama.

Megan and Nathan married in the enchanting seaside town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast. They married in an intimate and emotion-filled elope wedding at the beautiful Hotel Marincanto. Before their ceremony, Megan and Nathan first had a romantic ‘first look’ moment on the terrace of the hotel’s charming Incanto villa. Then the couple said ‘I do’ on the panoramic wedding terrace of the hotel.

The terrace offers breath-taking views of Positano and the surrounding coastline. After their ceremony Megan and Nathan shared a celebratory toast as they enjoyed the panorama.

The newly-weds then strolled through the streets of Positano. Megan and Nathan stopped for photographs in some of the town’s prettiest spots, as they passed by. Finally, they visited a local look-out point with marvellous coastal views.
