We are so happy to have chosen Alfonso to photograph our wedding in Sorrento. He and his team managed to capture so many private, meaningful, unforgettable moments — in fact, there were scenes from the day that we didn’t even realize were important until we saw the preview.
Each of our children’s personalities shine through in Alfonso’s photos. The spirit of the city of Sorrento as we walked the streets is present in the pictures. Even the unique relationship that we share – sardonic, competitive, yet filled with history and unbreakable bonds – was somehow captured by Alfonso’s lens.
We couldn’t have asked for a more effortless process or for more magical images of the best day of our lives. In fact, we look forward to having Alfonso take anniversary photos of us on our next trip to Italy.

A perfect wedding in amalfi coast.
We were planning our wedding in Ravello, Italy, Alfonso and his team were shown to us by our wedding planner. After some consideration we liked the look Alfonso and his team had done most, and they also had the best value for money for the package we wanted. On our wedding day they started on our hotel room (the groom, Luke, had been kicked out already). The bride, Katie, she was getting ready with her mum, her sister (also the bridesmaid) and the mother of the groom. Alfonso and Stefania took some amazing photos of the Amalfi coast perfectly.
Afterwards they joined the groom, his best man and shortly after the guests. They captured the ceremony perfectly even though you barely noticed they were there. Villa Rufolo just next to the square. After the ceremony we went to the village for a short break after the bride and groom. It’s a beautiful place, and even though I was like I was running out of the right time.
Afterwards we walked to the venue where we were having dinner and the reception. They were captured by the beauty of the place (Belmond Hotel Caruso) and took some pictures of us and our guests.
Even though our planning went to a bit of dinner, they stayed until the very end and they were even organized to give you our first dance to the bit sooner than originally planned so they could take photos of that as well. We were waiting for 10 hours in the end) and we were going to get the best photos by DHL, they would digitally enhance 100 photos of their choice and send them over the internet. They ended up enhancing 186 photos, one looking even more stunning than the next. We are all in love with you and we are looking forward to meeting you.
Before we even picked the wedding planner, venue, or date we fell in love with Alfonso’s work. Lucky for us he was available to shoot our dream wedding in Positano. From the first email to Carmen, we felt at ease and comfortable with our decision to hire Alfonso and his team. We went into our wedding knowing a photographer could either make or break the whole day and I am thrilled to say that Alfonso blew our high expectations out of the water.
Alfonso, and his team, showed up on time and ready to shoot. Throughout the whole day they made us feel comfortable with every shot and communicated with us so that he could capture the perfect shot. If anyone has any qualms or nerves about feeling awkward in front of the camera, Alfonso does a great job of just being in the moment and making everything feel natural. As for the results, our family and friends haven’t stopped talking about these stunning pictures for months and I am still wiping away the tears…. everything was just perfect.
The album and video perfectly capture the day and summarize it in a way that words could not, as we watched the video we felt like we were reliving that awesome day all over again. The hardest part of the whole process was trying to narrow down which pictures to use, as they are all amazing. As we flipped through the pictures we were amazed by the quality and professionalism of each photo.
We could not imagine our wedding day without this wonderful team to capture every moment of it and we cannot express how thrilled we are with the results, thanks to all of your hard work!

We received our wedding album and video today….and we’re in love!!!!
Everything from the packaging and letter to the storybook and videos were so beautifully done. We’re thrilled to have them for a lifetime of memories and even more excited to show them off to our family and friends at Christmas.

We honestly cannot recommend Alfonso Longobardi and his team enough.
Prior to our big day, they were always available to ensure everything we wanted or needed accommodated and planned to perfection: From the ‘must have’ shots we wanted, to timings and recommendations and helpful tips which helped to make us feel everything was well prepared before we arrived in Italy.
So we knew exactly what would happen and felt reassured that our day was in safe hands. On the day itself, they arrived in my hotel room at exactly the agreed time, and the fact that one of the team was a lady really put my pre wedding bridal nerves at ease. Both she and Alfonso made me feel instantly at ease when I was at my most nervous.
They were courteous, not intrusive and above all else, the calm in the storm, even helping do up my wedding dress when our wedding manicures meant that the Maid Of Honour wasn’t able to complete the task unexpectedly. (Thereby averting a last minute crisis.) During the ceremony and reception they captured every shot we could have hoped for, both posed and the natural moments that fly by so fast and could otherwise become a blur in amongst the inevitable emotional and sneory Nobody was forgotten and nothing was missed and as a result, the priceless moments I otherwise might not have been aware of, have been captured for me, forever.
Every moment and detail of the most special day of our life was kept safe, and treated with so much care by Alfonso and his assistant, as I if it were their own treasured, and most precious day I am thrilled with how many wonderful and stunning pictures we now have forever.
We wanted a more natural, relaxed and non formal style, but one that captured the beauty of our day and the Villa Antiche Mura, the Cloister, and Sorrento itself, whilst ensuring our love of attention to the small, personal details was incorporated, and Alfonso and his team managed all of this effortlessly for us. Our photos are everything we could ever have asked for and exactly what we had imagined.
Thank you, for ensuring our memories of our beautiful day are always there whenever we want to revisit them.

Tony and I received the USB containing the magic that was our wedding day and just finished reviewing the contents. We could not be more pleased with the way the videos, photos, and retouched images came out! We are especially appreciative of the fact that you captured the toasts given at our wedding in a separate video. From the moment we began getting ready to the final dance at the Villa, thanks to Alfonso and his team, Tony and I are able to relive our truly enchanted wedding day in Sorrento.
